In the controlling group I'd say WPI. Also it says 'collected', which is a key term. WPR are created.

So do you make decisions based on the Informatin or on the reports?
I had a sample question like this and the right answer was Information:
e.g.
"What is collected from the various controlling proceses and gives sound foundation for project decisions"?
a) WPD b) WPI c) WPR d) Project documents

Demetrius` post states:
This information is then organized into Work Performance Reports which are distributed to various stakeholders who need to receive and possibly act and make decisions based on the information.
Based on the definition in PMBOK, stakeholders can make decisions with WPI and WPR. But WPI can be produced from the various processes in M&C Process Group while WPR can be made only from the Process of Monitoring and Controlling Project Work in M&C Process Group. So correct answer might be WPI.

Raw data coming out of Execution is [ WPD ],

When Data is compared against baselines it becomes information [ WPI ] this happens in Monitoring & controlling, when Analyzing

A cumulative summary of various project mgmt. items, & all areas of QCT or risk etc., summarized in visual report form is can be a report [ WPR ], this can happen in Execution as an ongoing process, and or in M & C as well
