How to start developing the Data warehouse for CRM Online marketing.(Road map for Online marketing)

Dear Anonymous, you might start at your website. Drive visitors to your website via normal marketing mix investments. Program a few javascripts to enable you to capture and act upon website visit stats. Have your online marketing team directly interface with your interested visitors while they are on your site and in your sight. In the process you will be building your data warehouse with high quality contacts. Alternatively, you can purchase bulk email lists, ETL to your data warehouse, and then spam all of us if that is the online marketing roadmap you had in mind.
