Dear Anonymous, we do vendor evaluations quite often for software and services. I am not aware of a software application per se for this, but if you email me at [email protected] I would be happy to email you back a Microsoft Excel based vendor evaluation spreadsheet that we use internally. Regarding system requirements, we typically look to the RFP vendors to provide documentation about the system requirements for their software.
