Is project management concept applicable for military?

I worked with military forces and police departments running projects. I never belong to those forces but I worked a lot with them at all range level. I used Agile approach too. So, yes, it works. We need to understand that people applies project management in their daily life but they do not know it.

Yes. Studying project management made me a better officer. Different military organizations have their own way of running projects, though. Like any organization, you'll have to earn trust if you want to try something different.
