The nature of package implementations is that the easily quantifiable part of the project (the software development) has already been done. This leaves you to plan all the project elements that are entirely variable according to circumstances, such as process analysis, change management and user training. Unfortunately there are no tools or formal methods that will help much with this. Thanks Andrew for your response. I do agree with you that experienced people in those implementation will be a great advantage. ie Siebel Systems strongly recommend Siebel Certified professinals for thier implementations. Saving Changes...
