For all the engineers, project teams, project managers and all of those who work around getting electricity to each and every city, villages and household, there's a simple but interesting question that needs to be asked to ourselves and answered, "What is the future of the Electrical Transmission lines in the world?'

Some would say that can the world get connected altogether with an International powergrid to share the electricity across borders??

In a widely applauded effort, we have very recently connected India and Bangladesh with a High Voltage Electrical Transmission line that supplies electricity to the remotest areas of Bangaladesh from India. Now a question is being asked whether this kind of International bonding be enhanced in Asia or in the world to a larger extent??

We at India support a thought of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam' means The world is a family. Are we in pursuit to bring this thought to reality??
