I work in a 225 person financial company with an interest in creating better controls over IT projects.

Should we consider the Mercury IT Governance Center? Is it overkill for a company of our size?

Anybody out there of a similar size using the Mercury IT Governance Center?

Dear Sam, how big is your IT department? You can't go wrong considering Mecury IT Governance Center - very good company, product, customer references, etc. Ask Mercury to put you in contact with customer references similar to your firm (size, industry, etc.) to determine whether or not they would be overkill or a good fit. We would be happy for you to consider our product, Processes On Demand, as it helps you gain better control over IT projects and is especially designed to work with your existing IT infrastructure and user products rather than requiring you to purchase a complex and/or costly vendor IT PPM application. And I would be happy to put you in contact with our customers similar in size/need to you. -- Mark Perry, VP Customer Care, BOT International
