Soft skill initiatives

Hi experts,
I am looking for some intuitive ways to improve soft skills of resources in our unit. A soft skill training would help but this is a one-time activity. COuld you recommend some activities/process to continously foster this kind of skill-set development??

It is better to start these by someone who knows what they are doing than some amatuer psychologist. Introduction to NLP, usually a 2 day course or can be tailored by a NLP trainer to 1 day, who could provide tools and techniques for continuing improvement that you can practise yourselves to improve your communication styles
