I’m looking for guides/tools on how to conduct Risk management within a diverse portfolio. I have a client who is managing over 10 diverse projects. Because of the differences, I can’t use the same consequences for risk reporting. Is there a way to come up with a portfolio level of consequences? Also, what’s a good methodology to compare risks from one project to another (i.e. a high risk in 1 x project may not be as significant as a medium risk in another)?

As for methodology, analogous is the only one I can think of.
