Pre-recorded webinars are not playing on my windows laptop or windows phone

Don't know about Windows, but on Macintosh some Adobe product are needed.

Hello - the link above says it's inactive. Can anyone tell me what extensions are required? Pre-recorded webinars are not working on my Windows laptop either (I've tried 3 different browsers)
