Accessing the Webnars on Demand

I am recently having trouble opening any of the webinars on demand. I used to be able to, and once in a while I get lucky and one opens. What software do I need to access these classes?

I really have been reviewing the webinar and I have not had a problem, I suggest you check the subject of complementary software like Java or it may be giving problem by the version of Window or Browser. I work with Window 7 and Chrone.

Wanda, Are you a premium member ? Some webinars are available for paid members only. If yes, then I suggest you check your adobe flash player version, maybe that's the problem or contact customer service here and they will guide you.
