Are there any good books to help to create a SPMP? This is my first one and I need a book that will walk me through creating one from scratch. Thanks

My first Software Project Mangement book was The Software Project Survival Guide by Steve McConnell.

I recommend it. However, don't be lulled by its small size. There is a lot of stuff in the book to keep you up thinking.
