I attended the scheduling webinar yesterday and put the presentations in my briefcase (or whatever it was called). Anyone know where to find it? Saving Changes...

Go to the event page again (You can still access it) and from the top list, chose Profile (It is beside resources). When your profile opens, check the top left corner, there are 3 icons: One for Profile, One for Chat and the other is for Breifcase.
If you click on the 3rd icon, you will find everything you placed in your briefcase there.

I attended a Webinar on Wednesday, 11/8, on Root Cause and the handouts were added to my briefcase.....well. I have not clue where that is and when I follow the instructions about going to my profile to see it, I do not see a briefcase. I want to use the deck for a work related item and the course was awesome. Please let me know where I can get this slidedeck. The event is a past even so it is no longer posted as you suggested.

I also attended the webinar and the pdfs are "corrupted" in my briefcase. I sent an email to support.

You can download as a single zip file.
If you click on the pdf file, it may get open within the browser. Saving the file from the browser can corrupt the file sometimes.

For me it worked on both but sometimes you need some plug-ins for it to work that's why I suggested trying another browser. If the problem persists then customer service will definitely help. Saving Changes...

I was surprised that I could only download one file at a time. I was expecting to be able to download the whole briefcase in one fell swoop. Saving Changes...
