As mentioned by others - the best PM skills cannot be achieved by studying, it can only be obtained through experience. Certification without experience would be worthless hence the reason why you can only certified with a fair amount of practical experience, sadly something that is sometimes circumvented.

Communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and analytical skills would be at the top of my list for PM skills to master.

I agree with you Anton, PM Skills Come with Experience,

There are no short cuts to practice, diversity in projects and experience.However, having right mentor can fast track your progress. And the most important skills are communication and adaption
