How to plan for a megaproject

There is a multiyear megaproject,in order to meet the KPI,how to workout project plan accurately since there are so much unknown risks during the long run.

I would also recommend you to structure schedule, deliverables and milestones to ensure continuous delivery and integration. In this way, you will be able to test assumptions, assess risk and notice issues earlier maybe at the cost of additional planning effort and tracking at the beginning.

I like your comment. Concepts of iteration and integration are ones of the most important concepts of which importance are hardly practically recognized .

In my opinion in a multiyear mega project is normal to have a lot of risks but if the risks are mainly unknown, as you told, probably you have to reconsider the way you used to determine them.
