PMP application last date/month for PMBOK 5th Edition

Can anybody tell me what is the last circa date/month for filling the PMP application in order to avoid the exam based on PMBOK 6th edition.

Good suggestion!!
One has to appear for the exam before few weeks not to get disappointed for scheduling the last minute exam!!
