To ensure everything is completed up to par and avoid any potential roadblocks does anyone know if a PMI Chapter Mentor (or if there is anyone else) can/is able to help with properly answering/filling out the PMP application?

You can contact PMI.org, contact a chapter leader at your local chapter or review the PMI certification guide. Take a PMP prep class; this will also help with any of the questions you may have.

What have you done so far? Much of the preparation must occur before you sit down to fill out the application: have you completed your identification of your projects that cover all hours for Tier 1 or 2? What are your specific issues with the application? Many here can clear up any confusion with some of your questions?

Will do Naomi. I'm actually waiting for Log-in access to my local chapter to be able to take the suggested step.

I've taken the prep class and submitted my application about a 1 year ago, however some of my experience wasn't qualified which means I need to do more PM projects to acquire the hours. I want to make sure that when I re-apply that my application is done the way it's suppose to be completed, that I'm not missing anything, and that I'm explaining everything correctly.
I saved some space by shortening the process groups & used: IN, PL, EX, M&C, CL instead, but still having hard time explaining what I've done & proving it out within each process group with 550 character limitation. I'm hoping that if I talk thru experience a mentor can help me write it out in such way so that it's clear for PMI reviewer.

Noemi suggestions : Local chapter ressource is the best. And also here. Both excellent
Local is easier, it can be done face to face
