Hi All, I have interview for Data Analyst position (healthcare industry), do you have any idea about the interview questions for this position? Any information would be appreciated so much:), thank you!
From the job responsibilities : 1. Interfaces with clients and internal requestors to comprehensively scope and document reporting and analysis requirements. 2. Collaborates with clients in the development of reporting work plans and tracks project tasks through to completion. 3. Documents report requirements and designs, including but not limited to data systems, workflow, delivery format, delivery methods, and records retention schedules. 4. Experience with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems; ensures data accuracy and validates all data collection methods used in reporting projects. 5. Develops SQL scripts and stored procedures to support reporting and data analysis. 6. Performs complex data analysis, results interpretation and report preparation in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests. 7. Performs analysis of data, interprets results, and writes reports at an intermediate level, including, but not limited to, comprehensive reports and graphical representations of auditing statistics. 8. Prepares, summarizes, and distributes reports to track/measure/identify trends and correlation, and forecasts project performance. 9. Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. 10. Assists with designs and analysis of reports, internal/external resource documents, and surveys, and publishes results for utilization by internal and external clients as appropriate. 11. Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report. 12. Responsible for systems used to track reports and delivery monitoring. 13. Prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management. 14. Maintains updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for the project and department and meets requirements of the job position. Saving Changes...
