If you were building a team and could hand-pick its members, what are the key traits or attributes you would look for? In other words, what makes a team member valuable and indispensable?

Being a good person. From good people I can make the best. (I know that good and best are subjetive matters that we need to transform into objective ones).
No doubt about that Sergio. Those who are compassionate and better in-tune with other people’s emotions may be more successful at work and outside work.

This is a great response. While no team member is indispensable, since every project is different, and every task can move in a number of directions. However, these three, Self-Motivated, Self-starter, and adaptable are really critical, as it Patient. They are the real starting points on assembling a good, useful and productive team.
