It depends on the organization, but usually Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant.

Regarding senior, phew, again, depending on the organization, industry, sector... I saw jobs description. that said, senior +2 years and others that said senior +10... other take in mind the budget or team members that you managed.

for me a senior PM is when the resume reads Project Management experience across a variety of projects in a variety of Organizations

Then we drill down to the size of the projects managed and the budgets managed in those projects. the bigger the size and the budget over a number of years, the senior the PM.

an entry level PM is one who is managing their first or the first handful of projects, small budgets or small teams or a Project coordinator stepping up to their first PM role

I would say that for entry level PM's it would be when they step up from an assistant or coordinator role to lead a part, or a whole small project.

To be considered senior will depend on the organisation. Larger companies tend to have a defined criteria for rating PM's, but I would say once you become a go to person in your organisation for PM knowledge and experience then you can consider yourself a senior PM.

To be honest, I'm not sure what an entry level project manager is. In theory, those would be project assistant, project coordinator, or project coordinator assistant. It depends on how the company titles their job positions.
In actuality, an entry level project manager requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience, or a background in, project management. This is why I am having such a difficult time finding my first project management role.
A senior project manager holds the PMP certification and has 5+ years of experience.
