I would like to learn more about (Organisational) Change Management. What book(s) do you recommend?

(Just to be clear: the topic I am looking for good books about is Organisational Change Management – not organisation for managing change in a project. I.e. not Change Authority nor Change Control Board :-)

Thank you in advance for your answers!

Gina Abudi has a new book out, on Organizational Change Management, titled Implementing Positive Organizational Change. I have not read it, yet, but I was a co-author with Gina on Project Pain Reliever. Based on her earlier work, I plan on adding this one to my library:

Thank you Edgar for this suggestion. I found the HCMBOK on Amazon, but I could not find any reviews. Could you please offer a 2-5 sentence description of why you like it?
