Michael, How is your evaluation of Quickbase coming? Our PMO is starting to look at it as a possible alternative to home grown Access applications that we are outgrowing. We have about 20 PMs, about 50 current projects, and 300+ resources working on them. What pros and cons have you seen? Any issue with dB sizing? Saving Changes...

I have 20 people and 2 projects. I think you would need multiple databases by department as the numberof tasks and issues for 50 projects will make the task/issue numbers very high. Quickbase is very customizable and you can import from project schedules. I would not be able to work without it.

We are using Quickbase at this time as a dashboard tool but are interested in finding out specifically what other organizations are using it for. Has anyone used it for time reporting or scheduling?
