We have selected MS Project 2003/project server/sharepoint as our enterprise pm solution and are in the process of configuring the software now. We are interested in hiring an experienced consulting firm to assist us through this process. Has anyone used a consulting firm in this process that would be willing to make a recommendation?

Dear Paige, congratulations on your decision to implement Project Server and SharePoint. There are a number of vendors and consulting firms that provide Project Server consulting and you can find them on Google by searching on “project server consulting”. Have a look at EPM Solutions at www.epmsolutions.net. They have over 50 implementations under their belt including public sector. Greg Winterhalter is their CEO and can be reached at 888-822-8246. Good Luck. – Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International

Hi Paige,

We have completed our implementation of MS Project Server 2003. I can recommend either SoftwareMatters for the West Coast or Forté Systems, Inc on the East Coast. Smaller companies but they really know the application and they have been involved in Project Management applications for a long time. Good Luck!!
