I am working with Agile (software and non-software) from the "genesis" of Agile (including I was part of the group of authors of DSDM version 1 and 2 where I worked with Arie Van Benekum). You can have Agile oriented and non Agile oriented process at the same time and with the same people working in that (in the company I am today we have that). You have to understand that to implement somethig to do things you have to analyze the impacts. Business Analyst role, to add something, is the role in charge to help the organization to determine the best course of action. Is a business problem to solve. Time ago I wrote an article about the practical method we use that was published by the PMI and the IIBA as "best practice". I'm a huge fan of business games. You can find many examples of Agile games - or create your own! You can run it through the waterfall vs agile process. Have the same number of items in your backlog, the same number of people in the team, the same number of weeks to develop the product etc. Important differences should be clear (e.g. waterfall you have x number of people in total but you need to separate team to PM, BA, dev, QA and you can e.g. change only certain number of people after certain number of sprints to prove that hiring resources and managing them is difficult, when in Agile way you have cross-functional team). You can monitor when tasks were picked up and when went through different stages and were finished. That will show stakeholders that with Agile you can deliver the value faster and earn money on the product faster etc.

Just be creative or hire an Agile coach who definitely will have this kind of games prepared already.
