In situation project manager have to agreement between customer such as agreement to installation product in tomorrow but product is unfinished. Project manager return to office and he said to team member “tomorrow you go to install product if product unfinished you should to install dummy” but project manager he not said agreement with customer. The next day product is unfinished but team member think about should to make product finish before to installation. Today product is not install to make conflict between project manager with customer.

As project manager, you must closely assess the situation as you are approaching product installation date 1. Is the minimum product available for business 2. Does product critical feature is not yet ready 3. Can the team complete feature / make it functional before installation date. 4.
