Before applying for any job, be sure it is what you are interested in doing. If you get called for an interview, be ready to discuss your resume and trust me, don't get frustrated when they ask you what is obvious.
Don't worry too much about concepts you haven't implemented, you cannot have covered everything there is to know. If they expect you to know everything, then you may not be happy working for that employer. We are all at the mercy of technologies that our current employers use. You can train in other technologies but any company that is not willing to see what your career projectory has been and work towards getting you the next level, shouldn't be on your priority list.
I usually say "i am a quick study and these days any concept can be quickly learned on youtube, udemy or coursera". If they are willing to invest in me, i am happy to soak in as much as is available to me. Saving Changes...
