Can someone tell be the main differences between a business objective and a business driver. Is one measureable performance commitments (objectives) and the other more about issues and problems the company is facing which has caused a change to be intiated ?

Dear Anonymous, we see it much the same way as you do. We view business objectives as specific measurements, "how much" and "by when" and we view business drivers as influencers that can help (or hinder) the achievement of the objective. Being able to recognize business drivers (opportunity oriented and problem oriented) can help to ensure better business strategies and plan needs in support of achieving the business objective. Hope this helps. Mark Perry, VP Customer Care, BOT International Saving Changes...
