I was too restrictive and I mist a few, Telecom, Non-Profit, Transportation, Healthcare.

We just can't change pool, all I could do is make a new one! Then I'm limited to 10 choices

IT / IS / Telecom
Bank, Insurance
Energy production (all kind)
Engineering, Construction
Non-Profit
Healthcare (Hospital, Pharmaceutical,....)
Transportation (airlines, trucking, rail)
Government (all levels)
Consulting
Resources (Petroleum, mining, lumber)

would be missing
Industrials (transformation, finish product)
Others
