George,
Thank you for posting this discussion. As a mentor, the questions everyone has shared are all great to ask when I do interview preparations at the university.
Thanks again,
Susan

Here is another unusual one; "If you were a hamburger would you be the patty or the bun?" Yes, I did get asked this question for a PM interview
I always want to answer the cheese. I think back to the Christmas cheese commercial where Santa leaves the little girl a room full of toys, gifts and a pony. Her parents say to her; Wow those must have been some cookies. The little girl responds; No, I left him cheese.
I think most everything goes better with cheese, include Whine and crackers, pun intended, Saving Changes...

Mike,
These are two interesting questions. I mentor students at one of the local universities on resumes and interviewing. I think I will include this one in my inventory of questions.

How have you improved project management processes at your current firm?
What is your delegation style? and how easily do you delegate responsibility?and how do you monitor and review the delegated responsibilities?
What are your career / project goals for the next 6 months?and how do you set goals for your team and how do you track these goals?
If you had to rate project management as a career, from 1-10 how would you rate it?
Good luck George, Cheers!

Jessica,
Improving project management processes at your firm? That is a good question to ponder the answer and put in my back pocket also for when the question is asked; "What are your achievements?"
