Which initiatives you have taken to minimize environmental pollution due to your project?

Hello everyone,
Being associated with construction industry, i am very much interested to know what steps, initiatives or process you have undertaken in your project to have a minimum impact on environment due to your project?
To share few which we have tried in our projects are like:
1. Green plantation across walkways, around offive areas etc
2. Reduction in steel and concrte waste.
3. Ecofriendly designs
