5.5 validate scope process has 5 inputs , one of the input is "project management plan"
which was NOT illustrated at Figure 4-5. develop Project Management Plan data Flow diagram of PMBOK 5th. However it was mentioned at PMBOK 5th at page 133.

Figure 4.5 is the Develop Project Management Plan Data Flow Diagram, which lists the outputs. Figure 5.5 is showing you in detail the validate scope process, which is part of the project scope management plan. To see how this fits together, look at figure 4.9 p. 87-Monitor and Control Project Work Data Flow Diagram, which includes the validate scope process-5.5. This is part of Project Integration Management, which falls under Monitor and Control Project Work.

I am not sure whether your PMBOK has errors but it is clearly included in my PMBOK (pdf file).

Hi Mansour,
In my copy it is there (figure 4-5, page 73), 2nd box in the top right hand.

Try downloading it again from PMI. Maybe there was some kind of mistake
