Hi Mohammed,
ITTO's are important and you need to lnow about them.
To be honest, i didn't really got your point and didn't understand your question.
May be you can ask again in other words to make clear about your point?
In any case i would like to recommend you the following guide which can help clearing some doubts:
? The Complete Guide to PMP ITTO (Inputs, Tools, Techniques and Outputs) ?

Yes we can do, the process Inputs shared in PMBOK are what usually considered while doing that process, but in many case your context may make you consider few more inputs and apply more tools .
Having said that, for PMP exam preparation point of view i would recommend not to get into details of something which is not explicitly covered in PMBOK, Here i wrote blog based on learning coming from people who failed in PMP, and one of the reason was spending too much time on non PMBOK related topics.

Thanks Bansal and Markus, In practice we can use the required ITTOs, but for PMP exam point do we need to follow as per PMBOK ? for example the trainer talks about work performance measurement instead of work performance data/information, quality improvement plan instead of process improvement plan and a big list of such changes. can we do that. Thanks. Saving Changes...
In my view, No. for PMP exam please stick to PMBOK way of looking Inputs and Outputs , it will be risky to assume that PMI will validate your exam performance based on your trainer view on ITTO. Saving Changes...
