We know there are several stakeholders to a project / program / portolio. I was looking for stakeholders of a portfolio so that their needs can be addressed and their engagement ensured. I failed to get a List of Stakeholders of a Project portfolio. Most of the literature talks about project managers, Portfolio manager etc. But there isnt an exhaustive list. I started to make one.
