How the relationship with your sponsor, is he well communicated, have he approved your project charter, is there a project charter?

Most of the times audits looks to assess and provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's PMP controls...

It all depends, give your general answer or comment for those new to the audit arena have an idea of your daily work.

Adherence to policies, procedures, working documents, backups, depending up on the audit brief already provided earlier questions and scope is normally predetermined.

Basically, how up to date, those who are handling the job, how safety conscious, who can take care of collegues in case of any emergencies, how well and interested each worker knowledge or skilled are to do the tasks that they are entrusted can all be various potential questions. Project Management Quality and Maturity levels are normally checked at Project Management based Companies & Consultancy situations. There will be one or two rounds of discussions and then the writings will be agreed before it goes to management for action. Actions taken will be tracked and closed after management audits implementations.
