Event Management Template or Task Organising Template

I am organising a 3 day mobile conference representing my company & selling mobiles at a convention centre. Does anyone have any Standard Event Management planning template or Task template?
I'll greatly appreiate if you can forward one to me or provide info on how go about obtaining it. I'd assume the template would have details such as Logistics required eg. Materials, Equipment, Supplies date needed etc.
