Very broad topic. Change Management on Project or Operations / Business As Usual? Both follow the same essential principles

Change should be analysed for its impact, risks, Business Benefits. Change should have Implementation Plans. Change should have been tested to confirm that it will work on production deployment.

Change should go through an approval cycle . Change Board for Projects as well as Operations

Change Board must consist of representation from all teams affected by the change- whether performing or end users
