Hello all,

Very strange for me (PMI & PMBOK 5th ed mentioned about 47 processes ( 2 at initial ,24 at planning, 8 at execution, 11 at Monitoring and 2 at closing).

There are still four processes ( requirements managements plan, change management plan, configuration management plan and process improvement plan ) are found when we want to build the project management plan.
I have noticed one of the those four process at (output of 5.1 plan scope management) but never seen the others (three).
Why PMI not added those 4 process to the 24 which existing in planning?
Most of project manager (90%) will not concentrate on those 4 processes ?
Is PMBOK 6th ed is going to mentioned about this ( I think it will add two processes to be 49 ) I am not remember them know?

Needs your contribution on this issue.

Thanks and regards,
Mansour
