Facilitated workshops are focused sessions and the intent is to bring in members from different teams that would not only bring different view points but also helps in building relationships. Joint Application Design/Development is one such kind of facilitated workshops used in software industry where product managers, business analysts, SMEs, Developers etc get together as part of software development process.
