Could someone help me how to create Gap Analysis?

The Gap analysis examines the differences between the current management, and the objectives of the company. In other words, where we are and where we want to be.

It's a little difficult to help you without more information about the industry, organization, or why you think that you need to create one.

On the other hand, what do you need? An excel template? A meeting agenda to lead the business gathering?
