Why not? Did you have a bad experience?

It means, having Visa and skills, doesn't mind if you are Chinese or Polish...it means, you will apply and compete with other candidates with same or less or better skills than you.
No,I have no bad experiences..All I need is a chance to work in USA.

How much experience do you have? Most PM jobs require lots of experience.
I have at least two projects management experience I think I can do the job in USA.

PM jobs require experience in function of the needs of the organization that is looking for hire someone, I've seen jobs postings from 0 to 3 years, from 5 to 7 and over 10 years of experience.

it is safe to assume a PMP has at least that much
