I'm searching for a project manager job description template and definitions of project manager titles. I work with senior leadership coordinating their portfolio of projects and am assigned as PM for specific strategic projects as well as responsibile for introducing formal PM disciplines to my organization that includes a governance structure, workflow processes, templates, selection of a PMIS. Not sure what my title should be? Saving Changes...
this is a composite role made up of a few different roles, so I'd suggest picking the most senior role you are playing as your title.
As far as JDs go, there have been a few threads in the community on that topic - have you used the search capability to locate those? PMI also has their salary survey report which does provide some details of different PM job family roles.

One of the difficulties with the profession is that there aren't universal, standardized descriptions and titles. In a former organization, project manager, program manager, subcontract program manager, engineering project manager, and project lead were tossed around somewhat interchangeably. To me the title isn't as important as the roles and responsibillites. What is the scope/breadth of what the person is doing? Saving Changes...
