Appears like one of PM certifications under - Project Management for Results banner. Website for this is in Spanish and most of the certified professionals are from Latin America. Hi,

PM4R is a IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) initiative, willing to empower federal agent on best practices and methodology to help build up infrastructure and services for better delivery. Such as school/education after natural event.

As member of edx.org MOOC platform, I went through IDBx (https://www.edx.org/school/idbx) syllabus. It was a good entry level for me, based on PMBOOK Guide also.

It is like @Kevin stated above. When you read it you will find to close to DSDM method. I have used it because I worked with an organization which belongs to IDB.

If you take the documents are not thing. Perhaps the published documents but the method documents are close to the PMBOK: Is a method so you have the process to follow, the defined roles and so on. But if you take a look there is nothing new and as I mentioned is close to a copy and past of DSDM
