Looking for suggestion on PfMP/PgMP certification ?

I am PMP, scrum and SAFe certified PM with 16+ years of IT experience. Of this 10 years are into project and program management. Apart from Project management related certifications, I have also done certification in Executive Program in Business Management. I am currently thinking to do PfMP or PgMP but I am not clear which one to pursue.

Hence, based on my profile summary and considering the value of the certification in the market, could anyone please suggest, which certification should I go with ?
