Can someone explain why the outputs of Direct and Manage Project work includes Change Request but the input includes Approved Change Requests?

in simple words, its similar to PDCA cycle, Plan - Do - Check - Act, change requests are raised for any variations from plan (Change request is a output in this case) and once approved they form part of the revised plan. Its a input for your next review cycle.
