This is a very generic question. Well, you could find plenty of templates on web, but, the point to give attention is about "what you are trying to achieve while accomplishing this document"
In most cases, this document contains the following sections.
1) Overview (Project charter, points of contacts)
2) Scope (or) limitations
3) Execution process / existing process
4) Functional requirement (although, you would have a separate detailed document for all functional requirements, but, the reference should be provided here)
5) Schedule and budget
6) Closing (or) acceptance of delivery (or) signing off process Saving Changes...
I think somebody should come up with a way to breed a very large shrimp. That way, you could ride him, then, after you camped at night, you could eat him. How about it, science?
