One of the main lessons I have personally learned after nearly two years experiencing the Project Management site is unambiguously and overwhelmingly the candid behavior members of the community is sharing never mind race, religion, gender or any other belief whatsoever.Of course the idea originated from the United States of America but America can't claim ownership of any kind and their leadership, more and more over the years has been seriously threatened by remarkable genius leaders whose sacrifices and tireless commitment on hard work propelled them at the head of the organization.
Over the years, the profession has grown. The practice of project management has gotten more complex. Indeed, back when PMP Exam was first published, the vast majority of certified project managers practiced within the United States. This is no longer the case. Now there are more PMP's outside the United States than within.The growing complexity is further demonstrated by recent changes inn the exam and the publication of new editions.
Indian community in the project management network has always been shining and characterized by its dynamism. No doubt that its rank on the board of the PMP certified members is honorable.At the difference of many major countries, India soon, since several centuries share the same language than the founder of the Project Management Program. It has been and continues to be for them a great privilege but language must no longer be a barrier to segregate people but the bridge to streamline their development, health and prosperity. While politics divide countries into different communities ( Commonwealth,Francophonie...), according to their own interests ( the interests of the politicians), project management community take the opposite direction engaging its members on the path of economic growth and poverty reduction,knowledge sharing, wealth and health care.

Globalization is the belief that first world people should get third world salaries and first world living expenses.
