Fatherhood the greatest project ever?

Take time to reflect on your best project, if you're a father...
Take time to reflect on what it represent in cost to you, if you're a father...
Take time to reflect on scope the value to you, if you're a father...

No matter what stage (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring a controlling or closing) take time to reflect on this wonderful journey...

Have a nice father day George.

Fatherhood is often the longest project you take! There is no going back. You don't know the exact scope!

Hope you enjoyed Father's Day! Fatherhood must be more of an Agile project than a waterfall one, as you don't know the destination!

Nice question. I'm reminded of the many projects that fatherhood brings - I have a great humorous story of how the 'iron triangle' of project management applies to 'The Wedding Project' . My eldest daughter got married this year. A beautiful quality outcome but what about the schedule - no give in that; and the cost - that's the punch line.
