I appreciate the study of how Arabic is difficult to be programmed into project management tools. MAybe thats the reason there aren't readily available softwares in Arabic.

Without knowing the size of your company and budget, have you looked into either Planview or CA PPM? Knowing that both of these companies have a global presence, they will most likely have a solution for you. It would mean that you would move away from Workfront, but since it does not give you what you need, then no worries! Saving Changes...
