Define Scope is the basic stepping stone for any project, simply stated it is "What you want". Unless you have clarity on scope of works - what are the requirements it is difficult for the contractor and/or supplier to deliver what you want and the pricing thereof. Saving Changes...
Before we figure out what will be in the venture's extension, you should be clear about what are the item prerequisites, also called item scope.
When you examine how information gets moved and how business exchanges spill out of one point to another, you are portraying process prerequisites.
