I bumped into the confused action of accepting the deliverables during two processes when preparing for my capm exam. As I am beginner in the field of project management so please help me to figure out.

You accept/agree on what will be the deliverable to validate the scope.
Then you validate that you deliver the agree scope.

Assume a typical vendor/client scenario.
During the validate scope, client accepts that our understanding of scope is correct and approve/accept any deliverable produced by us(Enterprise Architecture, Scope Document). This is the foundation for the rest of the project activities

When you close the project you would have completed all of your project activities and ready to hand over the ownership of the product/package built to the client. The project should have met all its objectives and is deemed a success(Ideal scenario). The accept deliverable at this stage is like a sign-off from client all activities are successful and you are ready to dis-engage from the project

You agree and accept that it is in conformance with the requirements during closing phase.

Scope Management / Planning Process - everyone signs off on this is what your going to do / provide.

Scope Management / Monitoring and Controlling Process - as products / services are completed you have them signed off that they do indeed meet the requirements defined above (baseline)

Project Close - Everyone agrees that you completed everything you said you were going to (monitor & controlling), it meets all the requirements and overall life is good.

Now I have a better understanding of the two processes. Thanks Mr Dewing for your help.
